Terms and Conditions will be contractually agreed upon on a project-by-project basis by both parties according to the needs and preferences of each.  

All research is conducted according to the best interpretation of the British Sociological Association's ethical guideline's and according to UK law (and Republic of Ireland law where appropriate).
